Dear Folks

Well we got back from our 3 day stay out in the woods or jungle and am I ever tired. Iím writing by a candle. I got a letter from Ginny today but none from you. I guess everybody is expecting me home but every thing here is so mixed up I donít know whatís going on and donít think anybody else does. One thing sure I donít like this tent stuff. The last two nights I slept in the rain out in the open and got jigger bites all over me.

I canít see very good so ainít going to write much, but just had to let you know Iím still here and am looking forward to seeing you soon, unless something desperate happens. One thing sure we wonít be here very long.

Virginia said she had saw you and that you had been busy. She sure seems to like her job.

I also got a letter from Aunt Francis. She sure writes a swell letter and she sure is proud of her kids.

Well folks wish I could tell you something for sure but will write some more tomorrow night.

Good night and Love,

P.S. We have to get up 42 minutes earlier tomorrow morning so guess I better go to bed.
